EveryRemote
EveryRemote doesn't find my TV
Make sure your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi, and that the TV is on. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, check that EveryRemote may find devices on your local network: open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Local Network, and turn on EveryRemote. If your TV still isn't listed, tap My TV isn't listed in the app. Brand-by-brand steps: Samsung, LG, Roku, Fire TV, Google TV, Sony, Vizio.
The Power button doesn't turn my TV on
Many TVs switch off their Wi-Fi when they're off. Turn on the TV setting that keeps it reachable: Power On with Mobile on Samsung, Turn on via Wi-Fi on LG, Remote start on Sony, or Fast TV Start on Roku TVs.
My Roku says it can't be controlled
On the Roku, open Settings, then System, then Advanced system settings, then Control by mobile apps, and set Network access to Permissive. Full Roku steps.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Pro is linked to your Apple ID or Google account. On a new phone, open EveryRemote, tap Unlock Pro, then Restore purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
How does family help keep things private?
Family help is off until you turn it on. Button presses, photos and videos are locked on your phone with a key that only travels inside your invite link, so no one in between, including us, can read them. How family help works.
Wallpals
How do I connect a projector?
Connect your iPhone or iPad to the projector with an HDMI adapter, or with AirPlay to an Apple TV plugged into the projector. Then open Wallpals and follow the steps on screen.
My picture doesn't line up with the wall
Drag each corner handle until it sits on the matching corner of your wall or object. Keep the projector and your device still once things are lined up.
